lcfCU Online
Do all of your day-to-day banking when and where it's most convenient for you with lcfCU Online, Las Colinas Federal Credit Union’s Home Banking service. Access your accounts through lcfCU Online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from home, office, or anywhere you have Internet access. It's quick and easy, and it's for members only. Best of all, this service is completely FREE!

Benefits and features of lcfCU Online include:
 

General Instructions for lcfCU Online
  • Your USER ID is your main member number. This is the number displayed on your statement.
  • The first time you logon to lcfCU Online, your password will be set to the last 4-digits of your social security number. You will be required to change your password. Passwords must be 4 to 8 characters in length and are case sensitive.
  • You will be prompted to choose a unique PassMark (image) and 3 security questions. Do not make your pass phrase the same as your password.
  • If you enter your password incorrectly 3 times, you will be locked out from lcfCU Online.
  • You must logon to lcfCU Online at least once every 90-days, or your access will be suspended.
 

E-Pay Bill Payer

Try our E-Pay Bill Payer Service to pay all of your bills online! E-Pay is our Internet bill payment service, which is available to all members enrolled in lcfCU Online. E-Pay allows you to pay everyone from your electric company to your babysitter with the click of the mouse! Not only will you save time when you use Bill Payer, but you'll also save money.

To enroll in E-Pay, simply logon to lcfCU Online, click on the Bill Payer button and follow the prompts. New E-Pay users get their first 2 months free. E-Pay is FREE as long as you initiate at least one bill payment each month.

E-Statements

Save time, money and trees when you enroll in Las Colinas Federal Credit Union’s FREE E-Statement service. No more waiting for paper statements to arrive each month or trying to find storage for past statements.

To switch from paper to electronic statements:

  • Logon on to Online Banking
  • Under the Preferences tab, click "E-Statement Selection"
  • At the bottom of this page, choose “Electronic” and click change
  • Make sure to choose “Yes” when it asks you to save the settings
  • Next choose “Change E-mail”
  • Verify that this is your correct email

You will be notified by email when a new e-statement is available for viewing online.  You can download or print your statement at your convenience.
 

E-Docs Check Images
To see a copy of your cleared checks simply log on to lcfCU Online and click on the check number in your checking transaction history or for a check clearing inquiry only select the "E-Checks" option under "E-Documents".

For your convenience, your check clearing history is stored for 6 months. If you need a copy of a check that is older than 6 months, simply call 800-851-5132 and we will mail or fax you a copy.
 

MS Money
You can use your MS Money, Quicken or QuickBooks software with lcfCU Online. To get setup, email or call us at 800-851-5132, option 1.

We do not provide the software. All software and support are provided by Microsoft/Intuit and their licensed affiliates. Las Colinas FCU provides and supports its Online banking program, and is providing access to lcfCU Online via MS Money/Quicken/QuickBooks as a courtesy to its members. We do not charge for this service.
 

MasterCard Online
